The 2014 NCAA Final Four games are on the way, as live television and live online coverage will bring fans more of the excitement of March Madness this weekend into Monday night’s championship game. Four teams have survived through the initial field of 64 teams, and will now play in the semifinals in Texas. Among them are the Connecticut Huskies, Florida Gators, Kentucky Wildcats and Wisconsin Badgers. One of these four teams will be the 2014 National Champions for Men’s basketball! Update: 2014 Men’s NCAA Basketball National Championship Game

Location: AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX

Matchup: #8 seed Kentucky Wildcats vs. #7 seed Connecticut Huskies

Game time: 9:00 p.m. EST on CBS for TV, March Madness Live for internet

It has been a long road but the championship game is almost here! First, the 2014 Final Four in men’s basketball will take place starting the weekend of April the 5th with the National Semifinals. This will all culminate with the National Championship Game on April the 7th. All of these games are taking place at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington Texas, with fans of the teams and college basketball in a frenzy for tickets!

As of our early report, the Florida Gators, Connecticut Huskies, and Wisconsin Badgers had already secured their spots in the last set of games. The final spot was to be determined from the winner of the Kentucky Wildcats vs the Michigan Wolverines, a game which took place in the early evening of March 30th. Ultimately, the Wildcats came out on top, sealing in the official Final Four for the year. A late three-point shot from one of Kentucky’s young stars helped send coach John Calipari back to the Final Four with the Wildcats.

To earn their place in the brackets, the Florida Gators beat the Dayton Flyers 62 to 52 (South Regionals), Elsewhere, the Wisconsin Badgers beat the Arizona Wildcats by a final of 64 to 63 (West Regionals). In the East Regionals at Madison Square Garden, the Connecticut Huskies beat the Michigan State Spartans 60 to 54. The final game of the Elite Eight schedule saw the Kentucky Wildcats beat the Michigan Wolverines 75 to 72 for the Midwest Regionals. The close scores made for some intense games, almost all of which were fought to the finish.

Now four talented college basketball teams are moving on to the National Semifinal games this Saturday, April 5th. The first game featuring the Florida Gators vs the UCONN Huskies will begin with coverage at 6:00 PM Eastern Time and is set to air on live television through CBS. Official start or tip-time is set for 6:09 p.m. EST.

The next game featuring the Kentucky Wildcats vs. Wisconsin Badgers will start at approximately 8:30 PM EST. This game will also be televised live by CBS by satellite and cable providers around the nation. Official tip-time or game start time is set for 8:49 p.m. EST.

CBS is the official TV source of the Final Four and National Championship games in 2014. Fans can also continue to watch these games on March Madness Live mobile apps or website. These include apps for iOS, Android and Amazon Kindle Fire devices.

Of course, whichever teams win these anticipated 2014 Final Four games will advance to the main event, the National Championship. At present time, the National Championship is set to start at 9:00 PM EST and is going to be covered by the CBS network. Your favorite sports streams and channels will likely have full coverage as well.
